I offer a free half an hour appointment so we can chat about the issue and surrounding events and you can ask me any questions you have and find out if you like the way I work.

Some people know immediately that they want to book a session and say so but there is no pressure to do so and I always ask if you would like to go away and think about it. I don’t agree with pressuring people who are already stressed into sessions so this half an hour appointment can be completely stress free.

Prices – 

Consultation 30 mins f/o/c

1.5 hour session -coaching/hypnotherapy/EFT etc £85

1 hour top up session £60 (established clients only 

Fascia Release and de -stress from £85

Distant sessions can be booked for 1 hour or 1.5 hrs at £60 or £85

 Block sessions can be purchased at a discount

NO show without notice – full session price/ less than 24 hrs £50
